In the past year or so I have had terrible headaches and redness of the skin when drinking wines (usually the supermarket bought variety!) one glass could be enough for me to wake up in the middle of the night feeling like I’d been hit over the head with a mallet. I thought there’s no harm in giving something a try. So, last night I put it to the test, and just to be sure, had a fair few glasses of red wine!
