These are great for helping to support positive moods and dealing with headaches. I've even used them to help stave off a migraine. But the thing I use them for most is during meditation. I put them on and close my eyes while facing a lamp or other light source, and I notice a deeper relaxation and meditation. These can cause everything to appear pink for several minutes after wearing, but using them during meditation prevents this.I took a star off because they don't fit all faces. My s.o. isn't able to wear these at all, so I imagine there are others who are also unable to fit these. But for smaller people, these are sturdy and seem difficult to break (not that I've tried to, if course ?). I'm happy with these.Positive aspect: Color is fantastic. I can see the warm sunset colors any time of day or night and in any season. Will certainly use these during the grey days of Winter.Negative aspect:1. Customer use has not been considered. Glasses are well made, sold & then what?2. There is no case. Glasses need protection from dust & scratches when not being worn.3. I suggest a cloth, tie string, bag be included with glasses. The cloth bags Fossil gave with purchases years ago--are a good example of a bag which is inexpensive to produce & which are a GREAT HELP to the customer.4. These bags are good "long-life advertising" as the name on my Fossil cloth glasses tie-string bags always bring a smile.Hi, yes it's helping! with my migraine. even better it fits on top off my prescription eyeglasses. thank you love it! ❤️?Love the color and light weight.. These glasses are a very inexpensive way to reduce migraines. They actually block out bright lights. Everything has a greenish tint,however that's much better than having a migraine any day.Wearing these allows you to see the world in a vibrant magenta color, although upon removing them, it takes several minutes for your vision to return to normal.Both times I felt a headache coming on, I wore these for a few hours and they went away.I bought these for a good friend who has Irlen syndrome. She loves them and finds they feel calming. To quote her when she first put them on and walking outside "I feel like I'm on drugs". I know lol
