These glasses really help with eye strain. They fit right over my glasses and I'm not even aware that they're on - unless I don't have them! Does a great job with keeping headaches away too. They don't shift or slide. If you read on the computer for work or just long periods of time, I highly suggest blue light blocking glasses.They fit over my glasses.
